Tummy Time

Tummy time on his Bobby pillow

Trying to put everything in his mouth even when he's on his stomach

Check out that head control!  And that drool!  The daycare keeps a bib on him most of the day because he drools all over the place and kept soaking his shirts.

3 months old now!

Wesley with Sophie the giraffe (a gift from his French friends, the Lauer family). Sophie is traditionally the first toy given to babies in France.  Wesley sure likes her.

Double fisting.  Sucking his thumb and pacifier at the same time.

Mom feeding Wesley a bottle.  He's definitely getting distracted by his environment now.  He noticed Dad with the camera right away.  Look how big he's getting too!  He's a really long baby for his age.

Sorry for not posting anything in a while, but we've been really busy.  The Lauers are visiting for two weeks to see DC, NYC, Philadelphia, and Princeton.  And, Mom went back to work full time and put Wesley in daycare.  That's been a huge adjustment (for the parents, not Wesley, he's completely adaptable and loving daycare).  We're getting used to it, but miss seeing him all day long.

What a big boy!

Look at me!  I can sit up!  (Ok, not really.  I need to lean against the couch and tend to slouch after a while, but it's good practice for the real thing)

I can hold things now.  I like to swing around this rattle and stick it in my mouth.  I've whacked my nose a few times but I'm learning.

One of my new favorite games is Super Baby.  I can practice holding my head up and get to see Mom at the same time.  Much better than staring at the floor during tummy time.
